I help teams build consumer experiences that feel fast, reliable, and invisible. My work is grounded in real-world behavior and field immersion. I take the problem a team believes they have, break it apart through contextual deconstruction, and uncover the core issue that should guide the product’s direction.
My niche is consumer experiences and the pursuit of delight. Drawing on experience from Amazon and Disney, I help teams avoid a common failure mode: building engines, features, or AI capabilities without first defining the use case that matters.
My Methodology
North Star: Define the product’s core goal and the emotional and functional outcome that creates delight.
Performance: Assess how the current experience performs against that North Star using qualitative and quantitative signals.
Use Cases: Identify the specific problems the product must solve and the contexts in which they appear.
Iteration: Release the smallest meaningful improvement that can validate the model and measure progress.
This approach gives teams a sharper narrative, a stronger strategy, and a faster path to delivering experiences that feel effortless to the people who use them.
